Customization Policy

Highbenchindia offers name, initial, print, thread, felt-colour and other customisation options on selected products.

1. CUSTOMER RESPONSIBILITY

Before placing a customised or personalised order, customers are requested to carefully verify all information provided.

Please check:

  • Exact name and spelling
  • Capitalisation
  • Initials
  • Selected product
  • Print and colour
  • Thread or felt colour
  • Size and age group
  • Quantity
  • Special instructions

Personalisation will normally be produced exactly as entered or confirmed by the customer.

Customers should therefore carefully review all customisation information before completing their order.

2. SPELLING ERRORS AND INCORRECT INFORMATION

Highbenchindia is not responsible for errors relating to:

  • Spelling
  • Initials
  • Capitalisation
  • Names
  • Other personalisation information

where the incorrect information was entered or confirmed by the customer.

If Highbenchindia makes an error that differs from the confirmed order, the issue must be reported within [24/48] hours of delivery, together with clear photographs and an unboxing video.

3. CHARACTER LIMIT

The permitted character limit for personalisation depends on the specific product and the available personalisation area.

If a submitted name or text is too long, Highbenchindia may contact the customer to approve an adjustment to:

  • Font size
  • Layout
  • Placement

Special characters, emojis and non-standard symbols are available only where they have been specifically confirmed.

4. DESIGN AND PLACEMENT

Font style, lettering size and placement may vary depending on the product's dimensions, design and construction.

Our team may make minor layout or placement adjustments where necessary to achieve the best possible visual and functional result.

5. COLOUR VARIATION

Customers should be aware that thread, felt, fabric and print colours may vary slightly from the photographs displayed on our website or other digital platforms.

Such variations may occur because of:

  • Screen settings
  • Display differences
  • Lighting conditions
  • Material batches

Where a customer does not select or confirm a personalisation colour, Highbenchindia may use a colour considered suitable for the overall product design.

6. PRODUCTION OF PERSONALISED PRODUCTS

Personalised products enter production after:

  • Payment has been received, and
  • All required customisation details have been confirmed.

Once production begins, the order cannot normally be cancelled, returned, exchanged or modified.

Customers are therefore strongly advised to verify all names, spellings, colours, prints, sizes and other customisation details before confirming the order.

7. HANDMADE VARIATIONS

Many customised Highbenchindia products involve handcrafted processes.

Minor differences may therefore occur in:

  • Stitching
  • Print placement
  • Embroidery placement
  • Measurements

Such minor variations are natural characteristics of handcrafted products and do not ordinarily constitute manufacturing defects.

8. CUSTOMER-SUPPLIED IMAGES, LOGOS OR CONTENT

If a customer provides Highbenchindia with any:

  • Image
  • Name
  • Logo
  • Artwork
  • Design
  • Other customer-supplied content

the customer confirms that they have the necessary right and authority to use that content.

Highbenchindia may refuse to print, embroider, personalise or otherwise use content that we consider:

  • Unlawful
  • Offensive
  • Discriminatory
  • Infringing
  • Otherwise inappropriate

9. IMPORTANT CUSTOMISATION INFORMATION

Before confirming a personalised order, please remember:

  • Check the spelling of all names carefully.
  • Verify initials and capitalisation.
  • Confirm the correct product, print and colour.
  • Confirm thread or felt colour where applicable.
  • Check the selected size and age group.
  • Verify quantities before ordering.
  • Clearly provide any special instructions.
  • Personalisation is generally produced exactly according to the information confirmed by the customer.
  • Minor placement and sizing adjustments may be made where necessary.
  • Colours may vary slightly due to screens, lighting and material batches.
  • Personalised products cannot normally be cancelled, returned, exchanged or modified after production begins.
  • Minor handmade variations do not ordinarily constitute defects.
