Refund policy

At Highbenchindia, many of our products are personalised or made specifically for each customer. We request customers to carefully review the product details, measurements, selected print, colour choices and spelling of names before placing an order.

PERSONALISED AND MADE-TO-ORDER PRODUCTS

Personalised, customised and made-to-order products cannot be returned, exchanged or refunded for reasons including:

  • Incorrect name or spelling entered by the customer
  • Change of mind
  • Dislike of the selected print or colour
  • Minor colour variation between the screen and the actual product
  • Incorrect size selected by the customer
  • Delayed delivery caused by the courier or circumstances beyond our control
  • Natural variations associated with handmade products

A personalised order may qualify for replacement or correction only if:

  • The product arrives damaged
  • The product supplied is materially different from the confirmed order
  • Highbenchindia has made an error in the personalisation
  • A confirmed item is missing from the parcel
  • The product has a verified manufacturing defect

NON-PERSONALISED PRODUCTS

An eligible non-personalised product may be requested for return or exchange within 7 days of delivery, provided that it is:

  • Unused and unwashed
  • In its original condition
  • In its original packaging
  • Complete with all tags and accessories
  • Supported by the original order details

Products showing signs of use, washing, damage, odour, stains or improper handling will not be accepted.

ITEMS NOT ELIGIBLE FOR RETURN OR EXCHANGE

The following products are not eligible for return or exchange unless they are damaged or incorrectly supplied:

  • Personalised or customised products
  • Made-to-order products
  • Sale or clearance products
  • Gift cards
  • Products purchased through a special bulk quotation
  • Products damaged through misuse or improper care
  • Products with minor handmade variations
  • Products returned without approval

REPORTING A DAMAGED, DEFECTIVE, MISSING OR INCORRECT PRODUCT

A damaged, defective, missing or incorrect item must be reported within 48 hours of delivery.

When reporting an issue, please provide:

  • Order number
  • Customer name
  • Clear photographs
  • A continuous unboxing video showing the sealed parcel, shipping label and complete contents
  • A brief description of the problem

REVIEW AND RESOLUTION

After reviewing the claim, Highbenchindia may offer one of the following solutions depending on the circumstances:

  • Repair or correction
  • Replacement of the affected item
  • Store credit
  • Refund for the affected item

Highbenchindia reserves the right to determine the appropriate resolution after inspecting the evidence or returned product.

RETURN SHIPPING

A return must not be sent without written approval from Highbenchindia.

Where the error or verified defect is attributable to Highbenchindia, we will arrange or reimburse reasonable return shipping costs.

For an approved return based on another eligible reason, return shipping and reshipping charges will be payable by the customer.

REFUNDS

Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7–10 working days after approval or after receipt and inspection of the returned product.

Banks and payment providers may require additional time for the refund amount to appear in the customer's account.

Shipping charges, COD charges, transaction fees and duties are non-refundable unless the return results from an error by Highbenchindia.

COLOUR AND HANDMADE VARIATIONS

Colours may appear slightly different from the actual product because of lighting, photography and individual screen settings.

As many Highbenchindia products are handcrafted, slight variations in print placement, stitching or measurements may occur.

These natural variations do not normally constitute manufacturing defects.
