At Highbenchindia LLP, we offer personalization options on selected products, including names, initials, prints, thread colours, felt colours and other customization choices. Availability of personalization may vary depending on the individual product.

1. CUSTOMER RESPONSIBILITY

Before placing an order for a personalized product, please carefully verify all personalization details.

Please check:

  • Exact name and spelling
  • Capitalisation
  • Initials
  • Selected product
  • Print and colour
  • Thread or felt colour
  • Size and age group
  • Quantity
  • Special instructions

Personalization will normally be produced exactly according to the information entered or confirmed by the customer.

We strongly recommend reviewing all details carefully before completing your order.

2. SPELLING ERRORS AND INCORRECT INFORMATION

Highbenchindia is not responsible for mistakes relating to spelling, initials, capitalisation or other personalization information where the incorrect details were entered or confirmed by the customer.

If Highbenchindia makes an error and the finished personalization differs from the confirmed order, please report the issue within 48 hours of delivery.

To help us review the issue, customers should provide:

  • Clear photographs of the product
  • An unboxing video
  • Order details
  • A clear explanation of the personalization error

The 48-hour reporting requirement is stated in the original policy.

3. CHARACTER LIMIT

The number of characters permitted for personalization depends on the product and the available personalization area.

If a submitted name or personalization text is too long, Highbenchindia may contact the customer to approve adjustments to:

  • Font size
  • Layout
  • Placement

Special characters, emojis and non-standard symbols will only be used where they have been specifically confirmed as available.

4. DESIGN AND PLACEMENT

The exact font style, lettering size and placement of personalization may vary depending on the dimensions, structure and construction of the product.

Our team may make minor layout or placement adjustments where necessary to achieve the best possible visual and functional result.

These minor adjustments are part of the personalization process and may be necessary to ensure that the finished product looks balanced and appropriate.

5. COLOUR VARIATION

Customers should be aware that thread, felt, fabric and print colours may vary slightly from photographs shown on our website or other digital platforms.

Such differences may occur because of:

  • Screen settings
  • Lighting conditions
  • Photography
  • Material batches
  • Display differences

Where the customer does not select or confirm a personalization colour, Highbenchindia may choose a colour that we consider suitable for the overall product design.

Minor colour variation should therefore not ordinarily be considered a defect.

6. PRODUCTION OF PERSONALIZED PRODUCTS

Personalized products enter production only after payment has been received and all required personalization details have been confirmed.

Once production begins, the order cannot normally be cancelled, returned, exchanged or modified.

Customers should therefore make sure that all names, spellings, initials, colours, sizes, prints and other details are correct before confirming the order.

7. HANDMADE VARIATIONS

Many personalized Highbenchindia products may involve handcrafted processes.

Minor differences may naturally occur in:

  • Stitching
  • Print placement
  • Embroidery placement
  • Measurements

These small variations are natural characteristics of handcrafted products and do not ordinarily constitute manufacturing defects.

8. CUSTOMER-SUPPLIED IMAGES, NAMES, LOGOS OR ARTWORK

Where a customer provides Highbenchindia with an image, name, logo, artwork or other content for personalization, the customer confirms that they have the necessary right and authority to use that material.

Highbenchindia reserves the right to refuse any customer-supplied content that we consider:

  • Unlawful
  • Offensive
  • Discriminatory
  • Infringing
  • Otherwise inappropriate

9. IMPORTANT PERSONALIZATION INFORMATION

By placing an order for a personalized product, the customer acknowledges that personalization is generally created according to the information provided or confirmed by them.

Customers should carefully check spelling, names, initials, colours, product selections, sizes, age groups, quantities and any special instructions before completing the order.

Minor changes to font size, layout or placement may be necessary depending on the product design.

Colours may also vary slightly because of lighting, screens and material batches.

Once production of a personalized product begins, cancellation, modification, return or exchange is not normally possible.
