Payment Policy

1. ACCEPTED PAYMENT METHODS

Highbenchindia accepts the payment methods displayed during checkout. Depending on availability, these may include:

  • UPI
  • Credit Cards
  • Debit Cards
  • Net Banking
  • Digital Wallets
  • Bank Transfer
  • Cash on Delivery (COD), where available

The availability of a particular payment method may depend on the order value, product, delivery location and payment provider.

2. PAYMENT SECURITY

Online payments are processed through authorised third-party payment gateways.

Highbenchindia does not directly store complete card details, CVV, UPI PIN, OTP or banking passwords.

For your security, never share your:

  • OTP
  • UPI PIN
  • Debit or Credit Card PIN
  • Banking Password

with anyone claiming to represent Highbenchindia.

3. ORDER CONFIRMATION

An online order is considered confirmed only after:

  1. Successful payment authorisation, and
  2. Receipt of an order confirmation from Highbenchindia.

If your payment has been deducted but your order has not been confirmed, please contact us and provide:

  • Customer name
  • Payment amount
  • Date and approximate time of payment
  • Transaction reference number
  • Screenshot of the transaction

Please make sure any screenshot shared with us does not contain confidential banking credentials, passwords, OTPs or PINs.

4. FAILED OR PENDING PAYMENTS

If a payment fails or remains pending, please avoid making repeated payments before checking the status of your order.

Amounts deducted for failed transactions are generally reversed by the respective payment provider or bank according to their own processing timelines.

Highbenchindia does not have access to or control over confidential banking systems. However, our team can assist by confirming whether the payment has been successfully received by us.

5. CASH ON DELIVERY (COD)

Cash on Delivery is [AVAILABLE / NOT AVAILABLE].

Where COD is available:

  • COD may be restricted based on PIN code or order value.
  • COD orders may require phone or WhatsApp verification.
  • Advance payment may be required for personalised products.
  • Additional COD charges may apply.
  • Unverified COD orders may be cancelled.

Personalised and Customised Orders

The recommended Highbenchindia policy is that personalised, customised, made-to-order and bulk orders require full advance payment and are not eligible for Cash on Delivery.

6. BANK TRANSFER

Where payment through bank transfer is accepted, an order will enter production only after the transferred amount has been successfully credited and verified.

Customers should make payments only to bank details officially provided through:

  • The Highbenchindia website
  • Official invoice
  • Verified Highbenchindia WhatsApp account
  • Official Highbenchindia email

Customers should not make payments to bank details received from unofficial or unverified sources.

7. PRICING AND TAXES

All prices are displayed in Indian Rupees (INR) unless otherwise stated.

Product prices are inclusive of applicable GST.

However, additional charges may apply separately, including:

  • Shipping charges
  • Cash on Delivery fees
  • International duties
  • Other applicable charges

8. DISCOUNTS AND PROMOTIONAL CODES

Discount or promotional codes are subject to the following conditions:

  • Discount codes must be applied before completing payment.
  • Discount codes cannot normally be added after an order has already been placed.
  • Promotional codes cannot be exchanged for cash.
  • Codes may have minimum-order requirements.
  • Certain products may be excluded.
  • Promotional codes may have expiry dates.
  • Multiple discount codes may not be combined unless specifically stated otherwise.

Highbenchindia reserves the right to apply the individual terms and restrictions associated with each promotional offer.

9. REFUNDS

Approved refunds will be processed in accordance with Highbenchindia's:

  • Return, Exchange and Refund Policy
  • Cancellation Policy

Refunds will ordinarily be sent to the original payment method within 7–10 working days after approval.

Please note that your bank or payment provider may require additional processing time before the refunded amount appears in your account.

10. FRAUD PREVENTION AND PAYMENT VERIFICATION

Highbenchindia reserves the right to request reasonable verification, temporarily hold an order or cancel an order where there is suspected:

  • Fraudulent activity
  • Unauthorised payment
  • Inaccurate customer information

Such measures may be taken to protect Highbenchindia and its customers from fraudulent or unauthorised transactions.
